How it works.

Our program is convenient and effortless we come to your office with all the equipment needed and create a health and wellbeing program for your company.

We can do lying down sessions for up to 30 people for 30/90 minutes, or seated up to 60 people. This includes, breath, body scan and Sound Meditation with various resonant instruments such as chimes, drums, Himalayan bowls, voice and much more, played over and around the body.

​

We are both experienced, qualified, insured sound practitioners.  We are passionate about bringing a service that is both professional and innovative.

​

Our availability is Monday to Wednesday 8am to 2 pm.  Other times by request.
