A sound bath clears and restores energy whilst you just lie back and relax. This offering includes a meditation followed by a carefully crafted soundscape that balances, and restores your energy. Enjoy the healing frequencies of the voice, gongs, koshi chimes, drums, himalayan bowls, rattles, crystal bowls and many other instruments. The combination of a meditation followed by a sound bath is a wonderful way to relax. As we drop into the Parasympathetic Nervous System, through the careful use of sound, our body begins to restore and rebalance. This venue is an intimate space with wonderful healing energy, nestled in the bush and has free parking. You will feel safe and grounded.
