Treat yourself this mother's day weekend and take an hour to relax. This offering includes a meditation on mother earth and our connection with her, followed by a carefully crafted sound bath. Enjoy the healing frequencies of the voice, gongs, Koshi chimes, drum, Himalayan bowls, rattles and many other instruments. The combination of a meditation followed by a sound bath is a wonderful way to deeply relax. As we drop into the Parasympathetic Nervous System, through the careful use of sound, our body begins to restore and rebalance. This venue is an intimate space with wonderful healing energy, nestled in the bush and has free parking. You will feel safe and grounded. There are many benefits of sound healing, including better sleep, reduced anxiety, mood regulation, mental clarity, mindfulness, reduced pain, and much, much, more, however, we do encourage you to read the waiver before purchasing a ticket. I will make the Sound Practitioner aware of any medical conditions before the Sound Bath. If I am pregnant, have a pacemaker, post-surgery or have sound induced epilepsy.
