August 15th sits roughly halfway between the winter solstice and summer equinox. It is a powerful date to take some time to go inward and reset your energy. A sound bath clears and restores energy whilst you just lie back and relax. This offering includes a meditation on new beginnings and setting an intention for moving forward, followed by carefully crafted soundscape that balances, clears and restores your energy. Enjoy the healing frequencies of the voice, gongs, koshi chimes, drum, himalayan bowls, rattles, crystal bowls and many other instruments. The combination of a meditation followed by a sound bath is a wonderful way to deeply relax. As we drop into the Parasympathetic Nervous System, through the careful use of sound, our body begins to restore and rebalance. This venue is an intimate space with wonderful healing energy, nestled in the bush and has free parking. You will feel safe and grounded.
