Discover the healing power of your voice. This offering helps you find your unique sound. Learn to use the sound "Om" as a meditation. Om captures the union of mind, body and spirit and is considered to be sacred. Chanting Om can have a positive physical effect on the body. We will do a series of exercises together that target the voice, encouraging you to explore your unique sound. Learn to balance each chakra with your voice. This offering concludes with a calming sound bath, allowing the body to deeply relax. This experience can be transformational as we tap into the power of the voice. No singing experience needed. Enjoy the healing frequencies of the voice, gongs, Koshi chimes, drum, Himalayan bowls, rattles and many other instruments. The combination of exploring your voice and a sound bath is a wonderful way to deeply relax. When we drop into the Parasympathetic Nervous System, through the careful use of sound, our body begins to restore and rebalance. This venue is an intimate space with wonderful healing energy, nestled in the bush and has free parking.
